Return Policy

Introduction

At Paradical Illimitable Kart LLP (Pi Kart),  we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a product may be returned and the process for doing so.

Conditions for Return

  1. Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
  2. Return Condition: Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
  3. Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1.  Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  2. Pack the item safely and securely for shipping, and include the original packing slip or a copy of your receipt.
  3. Ship the item using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. If the item does not meet the return conditions, the item will be sent back to you at your cost
